- 6 Parking attendants – 6am – 9am with a couple staying/trading off until 3pm ***
- 10 Registration & Packet Pickup-
- Friday May 17th 3:30pm – 8pm and Saturday May 18th 6am – 8am
- 2 Gear Check/Lost & Found Attendants 6:30am – 2:30pm
- 2 Finish line water/refreshment attendant for runners 8:30am – 2:30pm
- 30-40 Course Marshals ***
- 36 Water Station (6) Attendants 7:45am – 1:30pm
- 6 Sponsor/Vendor/Expo Attendants – 6am – 4pm
- 3 Welcome committee: 6am – 9am
- 10 Clean-up 2pm – 5pm
